From the README

Chrono-Slash is a top-down, time-manipulation arena survival game engineered specifically for the JS13k competition. The entire game, including engine logic, artificial intelligence, rendering, and audio synthesis, is contained within a single HTML file and compiles down to approximately 5 KB when packed and zipped. It relies on zero external assets, utilizing pure vanilla JavaScript, the HTML5 Canvas 2D API, and the Web Audio API.

The defining mechanic of the game is time manipulation, governed by a custom physics loop that decouples real-time input from simulation time.
