A WebGL2 simulation of Physarum polycephalum — the slime mould that reproduced the Tokyo rail network in a petri dish in Tero et al., Science 327 (2010).
262,144 agents crawl a lattice. Each one lays down a pheromone trail, sniffs three points ahead of itself, and turns toward whichever smells strongest. That is the whole rule. There is no graph algorithm in this repository — no Steiner tree, no MST, no Dijkstra.
