A 2D Subway-Surfers-style endless runner, starring the Dliicom hero.

▶ Play the current build — no install, works on a phone (add it to the home screen: the PWA manifest and icons are already wired up)

An endless runner in the shape of Subway Surfers — three lanes, jump, slide, roll, coins, a speed curve that never forgives you — built as a flat 2D canvas game with a real animation rig: the uploaded hero illustration is segmented into eight articulated parts (helmet, torso, arms, legs, cape panels), posed with keyframes, and baked into a sprite sheet.
