Un MMORPG souls-like in cui ogni pixel del mondo è una lettera.
Cenere è un gioco d'azione alla Dark Souls che gira nel browser, con un server Node per il multigiocatore, e la cui grafica è composta esclusivamente da caratteri ASCII: erba che si piega al tuo passaggio, un castello di lettere sotto la pioggia, cripte nere illuminate da una lanterna, boss alti venti righe fatti di #@8%&. Niente sprite, niente tile, niente motore grafico: una tela, un font monospazio e molta luce.
Il server pubblico è su instantkey.it: apri il link e sei dentro, niente da installare.
