From the README

A browser-based WebGL webcam experiment inspired by “this website only works with the color black.” Bright pixels mostly pass through, while black clothing, hair, corners, and shadows become glassy, chromatic shader material.

Live webcam processing with getUserMedia. Fragment shader that gates the effect by luminance, so only dark regions distort. Five shader modes: Glass, Ink, Ribbon, Xray, and Void. Adjustable black threshold, glass bend, shadow smear, chromatic pull, and grain. Webcam stream stays local in the browser; no uploads, no server.
