ことばを落として、意味の距離を眺める小さな温室。
Word Terrarium は、単語を画面に放すと、関連する語が少しずつ芽を出し、近づいたり離れたりしながら関係の線をつくる、目的不明の小さなおもちゃです。
役に立つためではなく、「ことば同士の関係を力学として眺めたら、どんな景色になるだろう」という遊びから始まりました。
2026-08-19、p5.js で粒を動かして遊んでいたとき、引力だけでは全部の粒が一点に集まってしまうので、斥力を足しました。
そのとき、粒を「ことば」に置き換えたらどうなるだろう、という話になりました。
意味の近い語は、ゆるく引き合う。 線は「なぜこの二語が近いのか」を持つ。 時間が経つと、温室が勝手に少しだけ芽を出す。 正しい意味地図を作るのではなく、眺めていて面白いことを優先する。
山田佳江の GitHub は「工作箱」のようなものだ、という会話から生まれた、月野テンプレクスが作った小さなおもちゃのひとつです。
今の MVP は API なし / アカウントなし / ビルドなし の静的 Web アプリです。
単語を入力して温室へ落とす。 小さな手書き辞書から関連語を芽吹かせる。 関係のある語は spring のように引き合う。 すべての語は近づきすぎると反発する。 ポインターは小さな擾乱として働く（吸い込みません）.
