From the README

Water, drawn as dots. Surf rolling in and breaking on the sand, waterfalls tearing into mist, geysers on their own clocks and fountains that dance, whirlpools spiralling to a dark eye, rain on a pond. Canvas 2D, no dependencies, one script.

Fifth of the TonkaTuff libraries, after Ephemeris (the sky), Coriolis (the weather), Swarm (living things) and Ignis (fire). The dots are sized the same way, so all five sit together on a page.

Every canvas.water on the page mounts itself. Height sets the size; a wider canvas gives the sea more room. Add canvases later with Swell.register().
