From the README

Every frame is code is a special tool that lets you describe what you want to see—a spinning logo, a bouncing ball, a colorful particle explosion, even a simple 3D game—and then it creates that animation for you as a real video file. Think of it like a magic paintbrush for your computer.

Instead of using complicated video editing software, you tell the app what you want in plain language. The app then writes the code, builds the animation, and renders it frame by frame into a smooth MP4 video you can watch, share, or upload anywhere.

You do not need to write code yourself.
