From the README

A real-time 3D visualization of synaptic activity across the regions of the human brain, running in the browser.

15,000 cortex surface points and 730 neurons rendered as a GPU point cloud with three.js. Signals propagate along synaptic connections between prefrontal, motor, parietal, temporal, occipital, cerebellum and brainstem regions. Filter by region with the slider; the view is colour-coded per region.

Built with three.js (r128), designed and iterated with Lovable and Claude Code.
