From the README

The image models run on fal; the planning, projection and baking run in the browser on your GPU.

Demo: video/trompe_demo_web.mp4 (42 s). The village in it (run village-07) took 128 views, $4.44 and 26 minutes on fal, painted one view at a time under overcast light: 88 views from where players stand, 20 over the roofs, 11 around the outside and 9 filling holes. It's shown lit by a real sun, which swings round in the last shot. video/before_after.jpg compares it with an earlier run from the same cameras.
