Open the live demo Source on GitHubRxDrop is an evolving medical-history puzzle game built from falling-capsule mechanics. You treat infections while the disease adapts: resistance, collateral sensitivity, hybrid strains, biofilm, phototherapy, supply problems, and other treatment pressures all change what a successful move means.
The project began with the familiar falling-capsule formula, but its direction is now broader: the bottle is a laboratory sample, the medical timeline is part of the game language, and new mechanics are expected to behave like therapies rather than unrelated minigames.
