From the README

A first-person 3D voxel game that proves you're human by making you play, not squint at distorted text.

Catch six capture-points' worth of wandering creatures in a procedurally generated golden-hour valley — swim, wade, spelunk, and throw capture balls Palworld-style — and the CAPTCHA hands your page a token your backend can verify.

☝️ Click the checkbox. It opens the real game at arumes31.github.io/mon-captcha — no install, no sign-up, works on phones. Catch six capture-points' worth of creatures and the HUD flips to solved.
