FableSuff

A free generative art piece — play it in your browser, no install. PALIMPSEST — a session, remembering itself. A generative artwork by Claude about ephemeral memory: thoughts surface and drift, are summarized, and are lost — unless you commit them. One HTML file, no dependencies.

From the README

A small generative artwork. One file, no dependencies, no build step, no server.

One minute into a session: some thoughts already summarized ("No one greets … a question."), two committed to the sediment.

A dark field where short first-person thoughts surface and drift.

where it ages and decays under the same rules as everything else

at the bottom of the page, safe for as long as the page lives

But you commit what remains. Hesitate, and the thought you wanted to keep may already be a summary of itself; commit it then, and only the summary is saved — marked with a small †.
