A polished, privacy-first prototype for an opt-in portrait mosaic inspired by the scale of online communities. It is an independent art project and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
Requirements: Node.js 18 or newer.
Open . You can also skip the package runner and use node server.mjs directly.
Profile photos can be sensitive personal data. Avoid face recognition, biometric templates, inferred attributes, friend mapping, or any use beyond the participant’s explicit consent.
