mcmc demo

A free simulation — play it in your browser, no install. Originally inspired by https://github.com/chi-feng/mcmc-demo, but technologically different, more meant to explore the long-term results of different parameter settings and target distributions. Currently a bunch of milestones are missing for me to even start polishing it up.
