From the README

A real-time 3D fluid laboratory that runs entirely on your GPU. Position-based fluids solved in WebGPU compute, lit with screen-space refraction, photon-mapped caustics and true glass.

Aetherflow is a position-based fluid simulator. Every particle — position, velocity, density, pressure, collision — is solved on the GPU in TSL compute nodes on three.js WebGPU. Nothing touches the CPU except your mouse and the numbers in the telemetry panel.

It ships as one HTML file — three.js, the solver, the six rigs and the renderer are all inside it.
