From the README

Train your logical understanding of implications with this website - powered by Astro and Netlify with built-in support for MedAT and TU Vienna Informatics!

You can choose between any supported languages and the two different modes (MedAT (DE) - single choice - and TU Vienna (DE) - multiple choice) in the dropdown menus at the bottom of the page. There is always at least one correct answer.
