From the README

A glass drop that follows your cursor and bends whatever it crosses. The artwork, the text and the drop are all painted by one WebGPU shader, using vgpu.

This is the hero of pivi.studio, lifted out of its site and opened up: one screen, a control panel, and enough to see the thing run on your own machine.

The badge in the bottom left tells you which of those three you are in.

The controls button in the top right opens a panel: drop shape, glass material, grain, cursor tracking.
