From the README

A game about discovering the rules by playing against them.

No dependencies. No install. Python 3.10 or newer.

A specimen is one to five glyphs. A glyph is a hue and a mass — that's the whole alphabet.

So C2 A1 G3 is a specimen. So is C1.

The monolith is applying one hidden law. You probe it with specimens; it answers with exactly one bit. It does not elaborate, hint, or take pity on you.

Two columns, the way you'd actually keep notes on a legal pad. Watching them grow next to each other is most of the reasoning aid the game gives you.
