From the README

A minimal, dependency-free Three.js scene: a humanoid character built from ellipsoids walks over rolling procedural hills, shared with a population of wandering, reactive cats. Works with keyboard + mouse, a game controller, and Meta Quest via WebXR.

To test in WebXR on a Meta Quest, the page needs to be served over HTTPS (or from localhost on the same device). Serving over your LAN to the headset will need a tunnel (e.g. ngrok) or a dev server with a self-signed cert - not set up here yet.
