From the README

Play GTA: Vice City right in your browser. Nothing to install: the game runs on your own device and keeps working offline.

You need the game files (game.tar.gz) once โ€” see How it works.

Your imported data persists between sessions so you only need to import once unless you clear browser storage.

Before pressing Start, you can add your own saved games and character skins from the Saves & skins section.

If your download is a .rar or .7z, unpack it first. Reset game data also deletes your saves and skins.

This is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project.
