From the README

A top-down real-time multiplayer arena game built with React, TypeScript, and WebSockets. Players join a shared 2000x2000 world, move freely, attack each other, gain XP, and level up. The game canvas runs at 60 fps via a dedicated requestAnimationFrame loop fully decoupled from React's render cycle.

Then open ` in the browser. Choose your character on the settings screen, click Play, and join with a name.

For the rationale behind the 3D renderer (lighting, shaders, postprocessing, performance trade-offs) see DESIGN.md.
