From the README

Endzone Kings is a 3D arcade football game that runs right in your browser. There's nothing to download, nothing to install and nothing to pay for. It's built to feel like a primetime broadcast: a packed stadium under the lights, a crowd that goes wild on big plays, a play-by-play announcer and a TV-style scoreboard.

At this point Play Now, Season and Rosters already work. Accounts are saved on each device only, and Online 1v1 is turned off until you do Step 2.

GitHub Pages can only host files; it can't run a login server.
