(WIP) An LDtk-style level editor and runtime for PixiJS.

Pixi and Rapier are optional when you only use the JSON format helpers from pixi-vania or pixi-vania/format. Runtime users import pixi-vania/runtime and install both peers.

Collision layers map to Rapier's 16-bit interaction groups, so a project can have up to 16. DEFAULT uses bit 0, collides with every layer, and is used for unknown ids.

Each item in level.colliders contains the Rapier collider and its source rectangle. Adjacent box and pixel-mask rectangles with the same configuration are merged, including across tile boundaries.
